The present Application takes exception to FIR No. 235/2025 registered with Police Station, Kaij, District Beed for offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 351(2), 351(3), 352, 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

On 14.08.2025, notices were issued to Respondents. Today, learned Counsel appearing for Applicant informs that during pendency of Application, charge-sheet is filed and Applicant's name is shown in list of persons who are not charge-sheeted.

In that view of matter, prayers in Application does not survives. 4.
