This is an Application by Convict No. 7 - Ram Digambar Ghuge and Convict No. 8 - Laxman Digambar Ghuge for suspension of sentence awarded by the Special Judge, Osmanabad, in Special Case No. 121 of 2021, convicting them for the offence punishable under Sections 10 and 11 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 and sentenced to suffer short term sentence in the nature of imprisonment for ten (10) days and fine.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicants that, the learned Trial Court has suspended the sentence. The same is not disputed by the learned APP and the learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2.

Considering the above, the order of suspending the sentence of these Applicants, to continue till the next date. 4.
