PER COURT :- 1.
The learned Counsel for the applicant/accused No. 4, Kundlik Gorakh Marathe, has placed on record an order passed by this Court dated 07/05/2024, wherein the application was rejected on merits as well as on the ground of prolonged incarceration.

The matter was subsequently taken to the Hon'ble Supreme Court, which passed the following order on 22/05/2025 : - "1.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2.
In the facts and circumstances of the cases and the seriousness of the offence, we are not inclined to grant any interim relief to the petitioner(s) during the pendency of the criminal appeal. 3.
Accordingly, the present petitions stand dismissed. 4.
However, we request the High Court to consider the pending appeal most expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today, with the outer limit of one year. 2 of
927 CA 3211-2024 5.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of." 3.
In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 22/05/2025, the appeal is listed for hearing on 29/08/2025 at 3:00 p.m. 4.
The parties are directed to submit written notes of arguments, including their submissions and the citations they wish to rely upon, before the next date of hearing.

The office is directed to provide a copy of the paper book to the learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant.
6.
No requests for adjournment will be entertained on the next date of hearing.
