It is brought to my notice that, the State has preferred the Appeals for enhancement of sentnece and also against acquittal in the offences under the POCSO Act.

The Applications / Appeals filed by the State for enhancement of the sentence and against acquittal in the offences under POCSO Act, would lie before the Division Bench. 4.

The learned Advocates for the parties and the learned APP submit that, in view of the State's Appeals which are before the Division Bench, these matters will have to be placed with the said Appeals by the State, before the Division Bench. 5.

Considering the above, remove from the Board. 6.

The Registrar (Judicial) of this Bench shall do the needful as these Appeals against Conviction are made time bound by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
