As per office note, the service of notice could not have been effected upon the respondent Nos. 2 & 3, on ground that at the time of service the non applicant nos. 2 and 3 were out of station. 2.

Issue fresh notice to the respondent No. 2 and 3, returnable on 09.03.2026.

The applicant is permitted to serve the non applicant Nos. 2 & 3 by regular mode as well as by registered speed post. 4.

The applicant to submit an envelope and required postal stamps on or before 05.03.2026, failing which the application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court as against the non applicant Nos. 2 and 3.

The earlier interim relief granted on 21.07.2025 shall continue till then.
