The learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions, would submit that the Applicant has deposited a sum of Rs.1,35,000/- before the Sessions Court (Trial Court). The Applicant undertakes to deposit the balance amount of Rs.3,15,000/- before the Trial Court in due course. In such view of the matter, he would pray for stay on the impugned order. 2.
