Having considered the nature of the dispute, in my view, this case deserves to be referred to Mediation to resolve the dispute between the parties. Hence, at the request of the learned advocates for both parties, the matter is referred to the Mediation Centre to explore the possibility of settling the dispute.

The parties have suggested the appointment of Mr. Sandeep Andhale, learned advocate, as a Mediator by consent. As such, the Coordinator of the Subcommittee is requested to appoint Mr. Sandeep Andhale as a Mediator to resolve the dispute between the parties. Shrikant Malani
