Motion is moved for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 18.08.2025 passed in Criminal Application No.2752 of 2025. It is pointed out that in the order dated 18.08.2025, learned Advocate for the petitioner sought leave to amend and placing copy of the charge-sheet on record. However, inadvertently, the order of withdrawal has been typed, which reads as under :- "1.
After arguing for some time, when we expressed our disinclination to grant any relief, the learned Advocate for the applicants prays for withdrawal of this application. 2.
In such circumstance, criminal application is dismissed as withdrawn."

Taking into consideration the same, instead of paragraph Nos.1 and 2 of the order dated 18.08.2025, the same be read as under :- .
Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that now the charge-sheet has been filed. He prays for leave to amend and placing the copy of the charge-sheet on record.

Leave is granted. Amendment be carried out and the copy of the charge-sheet be placed on record on or before 22.09.2025, by giving a copy of the same to the other side in advance.

Place the matter for further consideration on 29.09.2025.

As such necessary corrections be carried out in the order dated 18.08.2025 passed in Criminal Application No.2752 of 2025. Copies issued, if any, be deemed to have been corrected accordingly. Corrected order be uploaded.
