1] Earlier Criminal Application No.4620/2024 for suspension of sentence has been rejected by this Court by order dated 04.02.2025. Fresh application for suspension of sentence is filed.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the evidence on record would demonstrate that at the time of incident the victim was major and that she was staying with the applicant. She further submits that the trial Court has held the age of the victim as 17 years and 11
