The learned counsel for the applicant seeks relaxation of the condition restraining the applicant from entering Dhule City. 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel that the applicant has no criminal antecedents and that there is hardly any role attributed to the applicant in the commission of the crime, as already observed by this Court while granting bail.

The learned APP is requested to take appropriate instructions regarding the criminal antecedents of the applicant-accused and shall file a short affidavit to that effect, which shall also include information regarding the status of the trial. 4.
