Learned advocate Mr. Gitte, submits that he has instructions to appear for respondent No.2. He may file Vaklatnama within a period of two weeks. Learned advocates for the applicant and respondent No.2 submit that there is compromise between the parties and they want to place those compromise on record. 2.
Perusal of the F.I.R. would show that the informant appears to be a formal informant, as he has stated that because of rash and negligent driving on the part of the applicant, his grand-mother received injuries. That means, the grand-mother of the informant viz. Kaushlyabai Bajirao Shinde is the victim as defined under Section 2(y) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita 2023 and she is necessary
cran2991.25 -2party. We direct learned advocate for the applicant to add the victim as party respondent. The amendment to be carried out within a period of one week. Learned advocate for respondent No.2 submits that he can waive the notice for added respondent also and accordingly Vakalatnama be filed.

If the terms of compromise are settled then they should be placed in writing before this court and the parties are directed to remain present before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court at 4.00 p.m. on 02.09.2025. The learned Registrar (Judicial) to verify and submit his report on or before 08.09.2025. 4.
