Learned counsel Ms. Deepali Patil, who was appointed for respondent no. 2, requests a reasonable amount, as the current payment for an appointed advocate is meager as per the rules. 3.

Her request is accepted. Paragraph no. 4 of the order dated 08.01.2026 be deleted and the following sentence be substituted : "Ms. Deepali Patil, learned counsel for respondent no. 2, is present. Since she was appointed by the Court, her fees are quantified at Rs. 7,000/- (Rupees seven thousand)." 4.
