The report from the concerned Police Station in respect of the notice to Respondent No. 2 - Victim shows that, the Victim was not found on the given address and the Police came to know from the Police Patil that the Victim was not residing in the village. Hence, the Victim could not be served. The concerned Police Station shall continue the search of the Victim / Respondent No. 2 and submit report. For that purpose, re-issue notice to Respondent No. 2 / Victim. In the

The office of High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad Bench, shall supply copies of the relevant documents to the learned Advocate for the Victim, since the Appeal has been filed by the said office.
