This is an application for suspension of sentence and bail. According to learned Advocate for the Applicant/Appellant, the Applicant/Appellant has suffered injuries in the jail and requires medical treatment. He also submits that, though the Applicant/Appellant was treated in the Government Hospital, now he is not in a position to identify his relatives. He further submits that,
