By this criminal application the applicant is seeking restoration of original criminal application which came to be dismissed for non-prosecution. Though there is delay of 23 days in filing this criminal application, in the interest of justice, we are inclined to same by restoring the criminal application, subject to the applicant to deposit Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) in the Library, Advocates Association, High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad, within two weeks from today.
