VERSUS
PRIYANKA SACHIN PANSARE AND ANOTHER ......
Advocate for Applicant : Ms. Suvarna M. Zaware Advocate for Respondent No.1 : Mr. Vinod Prakash Patil ......
CORAM : ABHAY S. WAGHWASE, J.
DATED : 06 MARCH 2026 PER COURT :
1.
This is an application for condonation of delay of 572 days caused in filing the Criminal Revision Application against the judgment and order dated 08.11.2023 passed by the learned Family Court, Jalgaon in Petition No. E - 57 of 2023. 2.
Learned counsel for applicant submits that, as the matter proceeded ex parte for want of knowledge of the proceedings as well as the order, timely steps could not be taken within stipulated period of limitation. That, immediately after getting knowledge of the same, steps have been taken, and therefore, she urges to condone the delay.
3.
Learned counsel for respondent opposed the application
-2- 922-APPLN-3499-2025 for condonation of delay on the ground that the delay is huge and has not been properly explained. He further submitted that, there are huge arrears accumulated at the end of applicant husband i.e. approximately to the tune of Rs.2,40,000/-.
4.
Considering the the above submission, relations between the parties and the fact that the matter proceeded ex parte, it would be reasonable to grant the applicant an opportunity to contest the matter by condoning the delay, subject to the applicant depositing Rs.1,00,000/- in this court. 5.
In view of above, the application stands allowed and delay stands condoned, subject to the applicant depositing arrears of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) in this court within a period of two weeks from today.
