Learned counsel appearing for applicants and learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 submit that parties have arrived at amicable settlement. Respondent no.2 has filed affidavit-in-reply to the application, wherein she admits that she has settled matrimonial dispute with applicants and she is happily residing with applicant no.1/husband. She states that she has withdrawn all allegations in view of settlement so arrived.

In the aforesaid backdrop, parties are relegated to the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, who is requested to verify affidavit/terms of settlement and submit report to this Court during the course of the day.
