After hearing both the sides, when this Court shown disinclination to grant the relief, because as per the reply filed by the non applicant, both the proceedings i.e. petition No. E-162 of 2020, pending on the file of learned Family Court, Parbhani and PWDVA proceeding No. 42 of 2019, pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Parbhani, are reached at the advanced stage of final argument, therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw both the applications. Accordingly both the applications stand disposed of as withdrawn.
