Present application seeks to condone the delay of 1138 days delay caused in filing the application for recall of the order dated 8.7.2022 passed by this Court in criminal Writ Petition No.479 of 2022.

Perusal of the application shows that there are no plausible explanation for inordinate delay in filing the application. Apart from that, the order which is sought to be recalled is passed by this Court after considering merits of contentions and finding that no case is made out for quashing of the FIR.

In that view of the matter, this Court finds no reason to entertain this application. Criminal Application stands rejected.
