The learned counsel appearing on behalf of passport authority submits that, the application of the applicant for issuance of passport is pending and not yet rejected. He further pointed out that, certain compliance is required to be made by the applicant, such as submission of undertaking, copy of Court orders in respect of acquittals, police verification etc. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of passport authority further submits that due to aforesaid non compliance, they have not received the police verification report. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicant would make the necessary compliance. Under such circumstances,
