The learned counsel for the applicant seeks relaxation of the condition Nos. (b) and (c) imposed on the applicant vide order dated 23.04.2025, passed by this Court, while granting bail to the applicant in Bail Application No. 646 of 2025.

The learned APP is requested to take appropriate instructions regarding the criminal antecedents of the applicant - accused and shall file a short affidavit to that effect, which shall also include information regarding the status of the trial. 3.
