Till this date, investigation is not complete and charge-sheet has not been filed. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw Criminal Application with liberty to approach this Court in case charge-sheet is filed. 3.

In that view of matter, Criminal Application stands disposed of as withdraw with liberty as prayed.
