The applicant, being aggrieved by the quantum of maintenance awarded by learned Sessions Judge, Beed in Criminal Appeal No. 32 of 2013, intends to prefer revision before this Court. However, there is said to be delay of more than 11 years in filing the revision. Hence the instant application for condonation of delay. 2.

Delay is attributed to lack of knowledge, illness of parents and poor financial condition. However, the same do not sufficiently justify such huge delay which is more than 11 years. The delay being huge, and there being no reasonable explanation for the same, the application is rejected.
