Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to add the informant/victim as a party respondent. Leave granted as prayed. 2.
Accordingly, the amendment is to be carried out forthwith. 3.
The applicant has filed this application to suspend the substantive sentence awarded vide Judgment and order dated 05.08.2025 by the learned Special Judge (SC & ST Act), Aurangabad in Special Case No. 234 of 2020, whereby convicted him for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 354-A of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one year on each count and to pay total fine of Rs.5,000/-. 4.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the state, Perused the impugned judgment and order as well as the record. 1 / 2

At the outset, it appears that during the pendency of the trial, the applicant was on bail, and after the conviction order, he was released on bail. The applicant has paid the fine amount.

In view of the above, the sentence awarded vide Judgment and order dated 05.08.2025 by the learned Special Judge (SC & ST Act), Aurangabad in Special Case No. 234 of 2020, stands suspended and the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) before the trial Court, till the next date. 7.
