Heard learned senior counsel Mr. R. S. Deshmukkh for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 2.

On a query put to the learned counsel for the respondent, as to how the Court at Aurangabad has jurisdiction to entertain the application filed under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act. He attempted to point out Section 27 of the said Act; however, this Court was not inclined to accept his argument, and as such, he prays for time to address the said issue.

With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, list the matter on 11th November 2025; till then, interim relief, if any, to continue. 4.
