Though, the learned APP strongly opposed the application considering the reasons stated in the application, it stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' and 'B' subject to cost of Rs.1000/- each to be paid by the applicants within two weeks.

The aforesaid cost amount be deposited with the Registry of this Court within period of two weeks and the Registry in turn deposit the said cost in the bank account of "Annanprem" Anamprem Mandir, Gandhi Maidan, Behind Snhealaya Bhavan, Ahmednagar ( Mob.No.9422220123), to be used for the welfare of Specially-abled children.
