According to the learned Advocate for the Applicant - Appellant, this is the second Application for Suspension of Sentence. He submits that, he is not having earlier order passed on the first Application. 2.

Office to make available copy of the Criminal Application No.3159 of 2024 in Criminal Appeal No.708 of 2024.

Office made available the said Application. The order dated 09.07.2025 passed in the said Application shows that, at the request of the learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions, the Application for the Suspension of Sentence was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh at the appropriate stage.

This is the subsequent Application for Suspension of Sentence. In view of above referred liberty, this Application is filed.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable after two (2) weeks. The learned APP waives notice for the Respondent No.1 - State. Respondent No.2 be served through the concerned Police Station.
