Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the informant was inadvertently made a party respondent in the main appeal as well as in the applications for suspension of sentence and condonation of delay.

Since the applicant-appellant has been convicted under Sections 302, 460, and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and no compensation has been awarded to the informant by the learned Sessions Judge, leave to delete the name of the informant from the
2 916 appln 3951-25 party respondent in applications for suspension of sentence and condonation of delay.

Amendment to be carried out during the course of day. 6.
For the reasons stated in the application, Criminal Application No.3951 of 2025 stands allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause-B and delay of only 06 days in filing appeal against conviction stands condoned.

Appeal be registered after removal of office objection, if any. 8.
The fees of the learned counsel appointed through Legal Aid to represent the applicant shall be quantified as per the rules and paid to her as expeditiously as possible.
