The applicants seek restoration of Criminal Application No.214 of 2025 which has been dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 11.03.2025 by which applicants were directed to pay cost of Rs.2,000/- as precondition for extending time to file settlement terms as per order dated 26.02.2025.

Learned advocate appearing for applicants brought to notice of this Court that on 28.03.2025, applicants have deposited cost of Rs.2,000/-. Since condition stipulated in order dated 11.03.2025 has been complied, order dated 04.04.2025 is recalled. 4.

Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C).
