At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the name of the concerned police station is wrongly mentioned in cause title. He, therefore, seeks permission to carry out the necessary amendment. Permission is granted. Amendment be carried out within two days.

The concerned police station is directed to serve the victim within a period of two weeks from today.
