This is an application for condonation of delay of 67 days in filing the appeal challenging the conviction awarded by the Special Judge (POCSO), Aurangabad in Special Case No. 332 of 2021 on 05th May, 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 376AB of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 5(m) and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The maximum sentence awarded is of twenty years.

In view of the averments made in the application, same is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.
