By these appeals under section 14(A) of the Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 read with section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the appellant/original accused No.1 Mehraj Abdul Khayum Patel is challenging the order dated 24.06.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Special Court, Latur Below Exh.10 in Special Case No. 60 of 2025, whereby the application for regular bail rejected in connection with Crime No.148/2028 registered with Vivekanand Chowk Police Station, Latur for the offences punishable under sections 103(1), 115(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and under sections 3(2),3(v) of Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 5.

Issue notice to the respondents, made returnable on 26.02.2026.
