This is the Application for Suspension of Substantive Sentence. 6.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable after four weeks. The learned APP waives notice for the Respondent No.1 - State. Respondent No. 2 be served through the concerned Police Station. 7.

Sentence awarded by the learned Trial Court is Simple

Imprisonment for Six Months with Fine of Rs.2000/-, in default to suffer Simple Imprisonment for one month.

The learned Trial Court has suspended the sentence. The Applicant has deposited the fine amount. The order of the Suspension of Sentence passed by the learned Trial Court to continue till the next date.
