This is the Application for Suspension of the substantive Sentence imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hingoli against the Applicants by the Judgment and Order dated 17.10.2025 in Sessions Trial No.37/2021.

Issue notice to the Respondent. The learned APP waives notice for the Respondent - State.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicants that, the learned Trail Court has suspended the Sentence which is of 6 (Six) Months Simple Imprisonment and fine of Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand ) each, in default to suffer Simple Imprisonment for 10 (Ten) days for the offence punishable under Sections 353 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code, and fine of Rs.500/- each, in default to suffer Simple Imprisonment for 2 (two) days for the offence punishable under Section

341 of the IPC.

The order of Suspension of Sentence by the learned Trial Court to continue till the next date.

Stand over after four (4) weeks.
