This Court has issued a notice on an application for condonation of delay. Accordingly, the report has been submitted by the concerned police station dated 10.12.2025, in which it is stated that the victim of the crime was informed about the pendency of present proceedings.

In order to protect the interest of the victim, I have requested to learned counsel Mr. R.M. Gaikwad, who has more than 10 years standing at the bar, to represent the victim. He has graciously accepted the request made by the Court and assured to assist the victim by representing her.

In that view of the matter Mr. R.M. Gaikwad, is appointed to represent the victim. Learned counsel for the appellant / accused is directed to provide all the necessary documents to Mr. Gaikwad. 4.
