Present application has been filed for quashment of the First Information Report No.183 of 2025 registered with Begumpura Police Station, District-Aurangabad for the offence punishable under Sections 3(5), 109, 238, 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, to which Sections 3(1)(i), 3(2), 3(4) of the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999 came to be added.
