Pursuant to the order dated 27.11.2025, the Investigating Officer is present before this Court. The interim order shows that the Applicants were directed to remain present as and when called by the Investigating Officer. Without going into the rival contentions as to whether the Investigating Officer requested the Applicants to remain present or the Applicants failed to respond to the Investigating Officer, it is necessary, in the interest of justice, that the Applicants are now directed to remain present before the Investigating Officer on fixed dates and at fixed times. Hence the following order :

ORDER

(a) The Applicants are directed to attend Shivaji Nagar Police Station, District Nanded on 8th, 9th, 10th and 15th, 16th, 17th of December, 2025 between 11:00 am. to 02:00 pm. (b) The Applicants are directed to cooperate with the investigation and the Investigating Officer to make available the further case diary so maintained for perusal of this Court on the next date of hearing.
