Present application is for suspension of sentence and grant of bail as a result of conviction recorded by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Biloli in SCC No. 411/2016 for offence punishable under Sections 304-A, 279, 337 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code and further confirmed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Biloli in Criminal Appeal No. 03/2022. 2.
During the pendency of the Revision, present Application for suspension of sentence is pressed into service. 3.
Learned APP has opposed the application, however, he submits that if fine and compensation amount is deposited, substantive sentence can be suspended.

In view of above, following order:

Criminal Application stands allowed.
B.
Subject to payment of fine and compensation amount, substantive sentence imposed on applicant by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Biloli in SCC No. 411/2016 for offence punishable under Sections 304-A, 279, 337 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code and further confirmed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Biloli in Criminal Appeal No. 03/2022, stands suspended till the final hearing and disposal of Criminal Revision Application No. 360 of 2025. C.
The applicant be released on P.R. Bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount.
D.
The applicant shall not commit any criminal activity. E.
Bail before the trial Court.
