Both learned counsel submit that matter has been settled and consent terms are placed on record and the matter may be disposed of in view of settlement. 2.

Parties are present in the Court. It is submitted that as per consent terms amount is deposited by the applicant husband in this Court and the same may be transferred to the account of respondent wife. Learned counsel for applicant has no objection for the same.

In view of above, amount deposited by the applicant husband in this Court may be transferred to the bank account of respondent wife alongwith interest accrued thereon.

Criminal Application No.4312 of 2025 is not on board and the same is taken on board.

Criminal Revision Application is disposed of as settled. Pending Criminal Applications are also disposed of.
