It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicant - Appellant that, considering the term sentence, the learned Trial Court has suspended the same for the Appeal period.

The Respondent No.2 - victim be served through the concerned Police Station.

The order of suspension of sentence passed by the learned Trial Court to continue till the next date.
