This is an Application for suspension of sentence.

The Applicant is convicted for the offence punishable under Section 353 of IPC and sentenced to suffer R.I for six [06] months and to pay fine of Rs.5000/-, in default, to suffer S.I for one [01] month and also convicted for the offence punishable under Section 3 of the Prevention of Damages to Public Property Act and sentenced to suffer R. I. for six [06] months and to pay fine of Rs.5000/-, in default, to suffer S.I. for one [01] month. 3.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable after two [02] weeks. The learned APP waives service of notice for Respondent - State. 4.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicant - Appellant that, the learned Trial Court has already suspended the sentence for the Appeal period.

In view of the above, the suspension of sentence granted by the learned Trial Court to continue till the next date.
