The Applicant has filed this Application seeking condonation of a delay of 207 days caused in filing the Criminal Revision Application. 2.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel holding for Mr. Usmanpurkar, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 8, submits that the delay may be condoned subject to costs of 5,000/-. Mr. Chate, learned ₹ APP appearing for Respondent No.9, submits to the order of this Court. 3.

Having considered the above submissions and the reasons stated in paragraph Nos. 3 to 6 of the Application, I deem it appropriate to condone the delay of 207 days caused in filing the Criminal Revision Shrikant Malani

940.APPLN.4478.2025.odt Application. If the delay is condoned, it would not cause prejudice to the Respondent. But it would help to decide the controversy between the parties on merit.

As a result, the Application is allowed and the delay of 207 days caused in filing the Criminal Revision Application is condoned, subject to costs of 3,000/- ₹ payable to the Respondents on or before 27th April 2026, failing which, the Criminal Revision Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

Upon deposit of the costs, the Criminal Revision Application will be registered in accordance with the law and listed on 05th May 2026, for hearing.
