This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal challenging the conviction awarded in Special (POCSO) Case No. 12/2012 by the Additional & Special Judge, Udgir, Dist. Latur on 17-05-2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 4,6,8 & 12 of the POCSO Act and Sections 376(2)(n)and 376(3) of the IPC. Maximum sentence imposed is of twenty years. 2.

Considering the contention advanced by the learned Advocate for the applicant that there was nobody to lookafter the proceeding and the applicant was having financial constraints to file the appeal, the delay of 119 days is condoned. The application is allowed.
