These applications have been filed by the petitioner seeking condonation of delay in filing an application for restoration of the criminal writ petition as well as seeking restoration of writ petition, which was dismissed for non-removal of objections. 3.

For the reasons stated in the applications, both the criminal applications are allowed.

The delay in filing the application for restoration of the criminal writ petition is condoned. The application seeking restoration of writ petition also stands allowed subject to the petitioner depositing a cost of Rs. 2,000/- within two weeks from today with the Library, Bar Association, High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.

Upon deposit of the aforesaid amount, the criminal writ petition shall stand restored to its original position, subject to the petitioner supplying copies for service of notice on the respondents within two weeks thereafter.
