This is an application filed by the applicant - wife seeking condonation of delay of 67 days in filing criminal revision application. 2.

Mr. Al. Amoodi. A. M., h/f. Mr. G. R. Syed, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant - wife has suffered rejection of her maintenance petition. He would submit that the delay was neither deliberate nor intentional and was not caused with a view to protract the proceedings. 3.

Mr. U. A. Sayyad h/f. Mr. Kazi, learned counsel for the respondent strongly opposes the application.

I have gone through the contents of the application for condonation of delay. I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay. Hence, I pass following order :
