Pursuant to order dated 18th December, 2025 the Police Inspector of Jinsi Police Station, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Mr. Shivaji Budhwant produced the wife of petitioner by name Anam Khatik Mohd.Aleem through his team consisting Police Head Constable Mr. Bashid Patel L.P.C. Mrs. Prajkta Waghmare, Buckle No.496, L.P.C. Mrs. Bhivsane Buckle No. 1659. We have interacted with the couple and also their respective parents in the chamber. After such interaction, we find that certain times is required to be given for the parties to arrive at some unanimous decision. The wife of the petitioner requested for some time to take decision. Therefore, we deem it appropriate to refer the matter for mediation process, so that

(2) 928- Cri. Appln. No. 4652-2025.odt some amicable settlement can be arrived at. As such, the matter is now referred to the learned Mediator Smt. Sabhat Kazi. The couple shall appear before the concerned Mediator on 07.01.2026. 2.

The learned Mediator is requested to submit report as earlier as possible.
