At the outset, learned APP fairly submits that the victim has been duly informed about pendency of present proceeding and was asked to remain present on the next date i.e. 24-12-2025. 2.

I have perused communication dated 19-12-2025 issued by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, CIDCO Division, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar which shows that victim is duly served. 3.

Today, nobody appears for the victim.

Be that as it may, considering the fact that sentence imposed upon the accused is of three years, as the victim is served,
