Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 07.01.2026. Learned APP waives service of notice for Respondents/State. 3.

Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations against the Applicant who is the mother-in-law of the informant, I am inclined to protect the Applicant till the investigation papers are received. Hence the following order :

ORDER

(a) In the event of arrest of the Applicant - Chaya Ramesh Dolase in connection with Crime No.463/2025 registered with Pundliknagar

2 21.ABA-2203-2025.doc Police Station, District Chattrapati Sambhajinagar, she be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands) with two solvent sureties in the like amount, on the following conditions :

(b) The Applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station on 18th, 19th, 25th, 26th of December, 2025 and 1st and 2nd of January, 2026 between 11:00 am. to 01:00 pm. and co-operate with the Investigating Officer.

(c) The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, apart from the days already mentioned above.

(d) The Investigating Officer shall make the investigation papers available for perusal of this Court.

(e) The application for assist to prosecution is filed by Mr. Wagh Ishwar Kalyan on behalf of the complainant being Criminal Application No.4706 of 2025. The application is allowed and disposed of. The complainant is allowed to intervene in the matter. 4.

Stand over to 7th January, 2026.
