Order in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1862/2025 : 1.
The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is suffering from a heart ailment. The police papers have been perused. The prima facie allegations against the Applicant
2 922.ABA-1862-2025.doc pertain to inaction on his part as Recovery Officer/Manager of the extension branch at Shirpur. The learned Counsel further submits that no loans were sanctioned during the tenure of the Applicant as Manager of the said branch.

The learned APP as well as the Assisting Counsel shall take further instructions in the matter about the specific role of the present Applicant in the present crime on the next date of hearing. 3.
Thus, it would be appropriate in the facts of the present case to protect the Applicant till the next date of hearing. Hence the following order :
ORDER
(a) In the event of arrest of the Applicant - Dilip Balkrishna Kapadi in connection with Crime No.285/2025 registered with Shirpur City Police Station, District Dhule for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 120-B of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands) with two solvent sureties in the like amount, on the following conditions :
(b) The Applicant is directed to attend Shirpur City Police Station, District Dhule on 16th, 17th, 20th, and 21st March of 2026 between 11:00 am. to 01:00 pm. and co-operate with the Investigating Officer. (c) The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, apart from the days already mentioned above.
