This is an Application for suspension of sentence imposed by the learned Special Judge, Omerga, District Osmanabad in Special (ACB) Case No.02 of 2017 dated 03.12.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 7 and 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and sentencing him to suffer rigorous imprisonment of 3 years and fine of Rs.2,500/- in default to suffer simple imprisonment for two months, under both the sections. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicant/Appellant that, the learned Trial Court has suspended the sentence till the Appeal period and the Appeal period is not yet over. Hence, the following order:-
